Kyle grew up in Kansas but calls Sioux Falls his home. He has been involved in the food service industry since 1987 in the Sioux Falls area. He started his career with the Minerva’s group and worked his way through the ranks to become a Chef Owner/ Partner in the industry. He spent many years operating and developing the Spezia and Bracco concepts including locations in Okoboji and Omaha. In 2010 he made the decision to shift gears and dedicate more time to his family and pursue a new adventure in healthcare as a Chef and Quality Leader with the Sanford organization. He specialized in developing and preparing nutritional meals for patients with special dietary needs. He holds the title of 2012 Sanford Employee of the Year, an award granted for exceptional performance and showing a relentless pursuit of perfection in the areas of courage, passion, resolve, advancement, and family. 

Kyle is very involved with the American Culinary Federation and holds the title of CEC –Certified Executive Chef. He enjoys teaching, coaching, and mentoring the next generation of culinarians. Kyle is passionate about the Sioux Falls community and is involved with supporting many organizations including the Bethany Home and the St. Francis House. He, along with his wife, who is also his best friend, enjoy doing many things together. Cycling, fishing, camping, gardening, and enjoying great food, just to name a few. 

Kyle’s strong customer service skills and extensive food background, along with his passion and vision for the future will ensure his success as a private chef.

Currently, Kyle is the Executive Chef with the Good Samaritan Society National Campus and owner-operator of Chef Kyles Table LLC.
